The challenges we face are the same, it’s not just you, the world is becoming more complex by the day and it’s harder to make confident decisions, juggle everything on our plates, and be the impactful, resilient leaders we wish to be. Let’s face it, working in climate and energy is hard. The work is challenging, the rate of progress is frustrating, and understanding the consequences if we don’t succeed keeps you up at night. Throw in meaningful family and social obligations and you’re maxed out. Burnout is real. But you have to keep going.

To face the challenges of today, we need to increase our support for female leaders in being centered, confident and courageous, so they can be regenerative, act from a place of consciousness, and see the creative plane of possibility from which to lead.
