I believe in radical self-responsibility. As individuals, I think we need to take personal responsibility for our choices to evolve our relationship to ourselves, others, and the natural world in order to create the abundant, thriving world we all deserve.

So within, so without.

That's why I call my coaching 'regenerative.'

No generation in history has ever faced such complexity. The brain in our heads cannot solve the problems we face together.

As a western society, we live in separation. We have cut ourselves off from the present moment, our own bodies, from each other and the world around us.
By severing our true connection to all things, we’ve limited our intelligence and abilities to make decisions in our own best interest.

To meet the complex challenges we face today, we must heal the separation within us and return to our true nature as embodied individuals to repair our connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

With regenerative coaching, transformation can begin on a meaningful, lasting level within the individual and is then reflected externally.

There are many steps you can take to create a regenerative future, but don't forget the power that resides within you.

No one ever teaches us how to manage our time, so we are working at our highest capacity. We usually turn to what is right in front of us, what is easiest and fastest to get off our plates, or whatever is yelling at us the loudest.

Often times, our big thinking projects and the things that would create the most impact get pushed day after day.

Let's talk about what stops us from moving forward.

We've all been there...we know we want something different or we even have a sense of what that may be, but taking that first step alludes us.

Looking our nervous system, inaction is a protection response. But what we're protecting here is sneaky.

When we don't know how to move forward or have a hard time making that first step, we're often protecting the 'me that I am today.'

Your current self can be scared of growth and development because that means you will grow into a new self, letting go of 'the current me.'

I often think of myself...or my job as a coach...as a midwife. I'm your steady partner helping you trust yourself. To move past fear and be inspired by your potential.

When what you're moving towards becomes more appealing than staying where you are, taking the leap becomes possible. More than possible.

It is like a big breath of fresh air when you didn't even realize you'd been holding your breath. The fear melts away and the transformation to be more of who you truly are surfaces with ease and joy.

Trust yourself. You've got this.
