The Path is a framework, process, and set of experiential learning practices I developed based on my own life-long journey into freedom, growth, and joy. I’m sharing the steps of my journey and an evolving set of curated experiential practices with the hope that it will ease your way to accessing your highest potential. It is a reunion with presence, your own body-based wisdom, and your higher self.

It’s also my solution to this time of great complexity and crisis. We must heal our relationship to ourselves to heal our relationship with others and the natural world. Walking this path, we can posses the resiliency, resourcefulness, and creativity to be the transformative, courageous revolutionaries we’re called here to be.

I believe in radical self-responsibility. As individuals, I think we need to take personal responsibility for our choices to evolve our relationship to ourselves, others, and the natural world in order to create the abundant, thriving world we all deserve. So within, so without.

I'm the coach for you because I've been there: over-achiever, purpose-driven, female leader working in climate and energy. Dedicating my life to creating a better world for all because I know everything we hold dear depends on it.
