ALTERNATE PAYMENT OPTIONS: If you’d like to avoid the 3.5% charge, select this option and pay by one of the following methods:

• Option 1 – Mail check to: Inner Resource Services, LLC 3544 37th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406
• Option 2 – Bank Transfer: proceed to online checkout and select bank transfer. Check your email for bank transfer information – ACTION NEEDED: initiate the transfer via your online banking portal
